PROP1 Property Group is a Real Estate business with offices in both Port Elizabeth SA and George and actively services the Eastern Cape (from Grahamstown) through to Western Cape – Garden Route area but not limited to this area with fellow associates in all areas ready to provide a service for either selling or buying of a property.
We offer a service to a broader field of prospective clients looking to purchase or sell real estate. We have networks set up where we can market and display our properties locally; nationally and internationally and pride ourselves in going the extra mile to source properties for serious buyers and investors and likewise market and promote especially the high end unique properties to big investment clients.
Our property portfolio ranges from the small townhouse; residential house; smallholding; to the Commercial property; Game farm; business property and even development properties.
