INCOME PRODUCING FARM

This income producing concern is a well-developed livestock/game farm with all the following accessions in working condition.
The farm is 3456 hectares’ fenced with jackal proof fencing, situated on the N8, between Griekwastad and Groblershoop in the Northern Cape. It has typical Kalahari dune veld with mountains, thus making it prime livestock veld. The carrying capacity is 1/18 large livestock per hectare. The rainfall in this area is up to 300 mm per years.

Divided in 17 camps all equipped with water.
• 6 boreholes with windmills or electricity or solar pumps.

• 4 wire kraals and 1 stone kraal.

A 800-hectare game camp is equipped with solar pump and high fence, with Oryx, eland, springbuck, zebra, and free roaming kudus on the rest of the farm as well as a hunters hut ready for rent out.

• 4 stables with 2 practise rings for horses.
